Insurance 

Insurance cover is automatically arranged for pets under a specialised kennel policy.  This applies even if you have your own pet insurance.  You dog is covered for any necessary veterinary treatment up to £1,500 whilst on our premises.

This gives you peace of mind and ensures we are free to visit or call your vet if we feel it necessary. However, our insurance company will not cover:

Consultations or treatment for pre -existing conditions

Call out charges 

Transportation charges 

Kennel cough

Any illness or injury that has occured whilst at the kennels that has not been seen by a vet within 48 hours after departure
