Deposit

If you would like to book a holiday with us, please call us on 01424 830 666 to check availability.

Once you have received confirmation that a space is available, you can secure your booking by completing the Booking Form and returning it to us together with a non refundable deposit or payment in full.

Cancellation

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your booking with us, the following charges apply.

Up to 48 hours before date of stay	90% of the total amount payable
3-10 days inc. before date of stay	70% of the total amount payable
11-30 days inc. before the date of stay	50% of the total amount payable
